Our beer is brewed under the Reinheitsgebot, a fancy name for the
Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, in turn a fancy name for using only four
ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast, and water. No preservatives.
Which means all-natural flavour. It also means that the stuff in bottles
and cans is exactly the same as what you get on tap. Neat, huh? Come on
in and see one of the most modern breweries in North America.
Brewery Tours:
- Big Rock has tours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 1:30pm.
- $20.00 per beer lover
- An hour walk about of the Brewery experiencing The Mill Room, Mash Tun, Lauter Tun, Brew Kettle, Hot Wort Tanks, Fermenting, Filtration, Kegging, Canning and Bottling
- 9 – 2 oz samples of our different products in our new loft
- Everyone will be able to create their own 6-bottle pack to take home
