Along the way the brew makes frequent visits to the lab, a state-of-the-art facility that completes all the tests and analyses – and then some – that modern breweries do to ensure quality and safety. The lab staff is there to confirm what Paul's taste buds already know: that the beer that we put in our bottles, cans and kegs is exactly like the recipe says. No compromises.
