Big Rock unveils its third brew in the Brewmaster’s Series

Calgary, AB – Big Rock Brewery Inc. (TSX:BR) is proud to introduce the newest addition to the Brewmaster’s Series, Dunkelweizen Dark Wheat Ale. This unique masterpiece has a wide spectrum of flavours and aromas varying from chocolate, coffee, vanilla and a few other surprises lurking in the background. This dark featured brew is sure to strike you with its smooth, easy drinking nature.

“I have long wanted to create a brew with the richness and character of a dark Bavarian wheat beer,” says Brewmaster Paul Gautreau, “after carefully assembling a blend of 5 distinctive specialty malts, I am proud to offer Big Rock Dunkelweizen.”

The Brewmaster’s Series is an on-going program that will release small batches of innovative brews through the pilot brewery on a seasonal basis. Dunkelweizen will be available in the marketplace until the April 2012.

Dunkelweizen Dark Wheat Ale will be available in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
