Paul joined Big Rock in 1986 and has over 23 years experience in the brewing business. With 16 years experience mentoring under the original Big Rock Brewmaster Bernd Pieper, Paul has an intimate knowledge of the brewery. His experience coupled with his passion for brewing premium, craft beers continues to be an inspiration to his team.
