When Ed McNally, founder of Big Rock Brewery, is honoured with a Calgary Business Hall of Fame induction on November 5, the local business community will not only be giving a nod to the entrepreneurial prowess of the lawyer turned barley farmer turned beer magnate, it will also be celebrating the assurance that even when we run out of oil, we’ll still have beer.
