DivaQ knows BBQ.
She is the 2009 Canadian Southern BBQ Champion and has earned an invitation to the 2010 American Royal Invitational BBQ Competition in Kansas City, the world's largest, involving 500 competing teams. We wish her the best of luck.
DivaQ knows Big Rock
Like many other craft beer enthusiasts DivaQ knows that full bodied beers and ciders are great for food pairings and as ingredients. She continues to use our products as ingredients in her ribs, pork and other tasty BBQ dishes.
Yesterday she appeared on Canada AM to demonstrate how to cook a BBQ (smoked) Turkey and a complete Thanksgiving meal using a pellet smoker/grill, a charcoal grill and a gas grill. We thought the timing was quite nice, check out the live on air demonstration and see what she has to say about our tasty cider.

Wow, great blog. I love reading blogs about cooking, it is my favorite hobby. The recipes on your site are incredible. I can't wait to try them out on my family.
