To do: Polish copper domed caps, polish copper steam stacks.

With the tremendous beer sales and production increases we've been experiencing this summer it's easy to forget about the new pilot brewery we are installing!

I haven't forgotten. The closer to completion the more excited I get. I'm just dumbfounded by the looks of it .. never mind the potential.

Once we finished installing the brewing vessels the first thing we did was polish the copper domed tops and copper steam stacks. They almost glow (I feel like I'm in a church). We've now placed the fermenting vessels, installed the mill and we are getting close to completing the utility hook ups.

On the side, Jody and I are busy formulating some funky recipes but I don't know if I can stand the wait. Did I mention that I’m excited?
