To make good on the promise of a premium wheat ale, Brewmaster Bernd chose the season's best Alberta wheat and barley, malted gently. A light touch of hops gives the brew a crisp finish, balancing its soft sweetness and texture. It has  surprising hints of apple, vanilla and cinnamon. It pours gloriously, like crystal amber with a snow-white head.
